03/27-28/10 Group Training

Remember all workouts can be adjusted to your ability…..If you show up!!!

Saturday,9:30am, Run 5 miles from the YMCA, meet inside Lobby

Saturday 12:30, Swim until 2:00……………and maybe again @ 6:00pm if Ryan wants to try for 10,000yds in a day!

Sunday Run 9:00am , 17 miles is MY goal, two shorter loops and a final run to finish the distance

Train hard, be careful!

Sure looks like Spring,

Saturday,Run at 11:00, at the YMCA, 5 miles or something like it

Saturday, Swim at 12:30…till 2:00, also at the Y!

Sunday, Run at 9:00, at JCC, 10 miles

Sunday, BIKE at 2:00, at JCC, 25 miles Minimum…….. Gotta be done by 4:30!
