<p>Saturday 3rd, 7:00am Swim, Vandercook Lake County Park, I&#8217;m doing 2 loops, &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.you can do just one.</p>
<p>Saturday 3rd, 9:30am or 10:00ish (when ever we get done and around from the swim) Bike from VCL, 30 miles first loop ( I&#8217;ll be looking for 120 miles all day!)</p>
<p>SUNDAY 4th, Bike at 10:00 from JCC, 30 miles</p>
<p>SUNDAY 4th, Run after Bike,12:15 to 12:30 start, 20 miles is my goal, I&#8217;ll set up shorter Loops for the less adventurous.</p>
<p>SUNDAY 4th is Hanover Horton Firecracker Run &#8211; 5 miles.  Starts at 8:00, have to be there and ready to get on bus by 7:30 a.m.</p>
