Wednesday 30th, 6:30pm Parkside Track, 1×1600, 2×1200, 3×800, 4×400
Saturday 3rd, 7:00am Swim, Vandercook Lake County Park, I’m doing 2 loops, ……….you can do just one.
Saturday 3rd, 9:30am or 10:00ish (when ever we get done and around from the swim) Bike from VCL, 30 miles first loop ( I’ll be looking for 120 miles all day!)
SUNDAY 4th, Bike at 10:00 from JCC, 30 miles
SUNDAY 4th, Run after Bike,12:15 to 12:30 start, 20 miles is my goal, I’ll set up shorter Loops for the less adventurous.
SUNDAY 4th is Hanover Horton Firecracker Run – 5 miles. Starts at 8:00, have to be there and ready to get on bus by 7:30 a.m.

Saturday; Bike at 11:00am till 6:00pm, JCC Fieldhouse Parking Lot, would love some company, will ride whatever you want and then some
Sunday; Bike at 10:00am, JCC, ONE LOOP 33 miles
Sunday; Run at 12:15ish, from JCC (after Bike Ride), 20 miles, we’ll do shorter loops so we can hydrate and such.
